Testing the statement for feasibility

Any North Star statement should be tested against the criteria of budget, capabilities, and value. Your lens will be the intended results from the CPR, and this is again where the cross-functional team comes into play. Where you have to now filter is in regard to the work to be done – the work that the team can actually do.

For example, while the team can create an easier-to-use workflow (presumably), they can’t guarantee that the customer will become loyal to the company again. Right? Making work easier to accomplish should do that, but that’s the only thing that the team can do. Hopefully, the result will be regained loyalty.
