You’ve completed the rounds of research analytics you and your team feel is needed, and your stakeholder has agreed that you’re in a good place. If there’s a project manager involved, they have been following along and also agree that you can move forward. The gathering and synthesizing isn’t something you save until the end – you’ll be doing this throughout, and then putting it all together for your readout.
In this phase, you need to produce two types of information: reports and visualizations. The reports should be written in narrative style and should contain all explanations of your work. Include the conversations and decisions you and your team came to from working with the stakeholder. Include the hows and whys of all the research types you’ve done from the surveys to the user interviews.
