In each of the two interview templates we’re going to cover, it’s important to pay close attention to the way the questions are worded. While it’s always a better idea to be conversational and not just read questions to the person being interviewed, you do want to stick as close as possible to the wording.
Let’s take a look at a quick interview sample to give you an idea of this concept. We’ll work on a user interview because you’ll do many of these, as opposed to one or maybe two stakeholder interviews.
