Importance of standardizing deliverables

No UX analytics project is complete without findings being delivered. At predetermined times in a long engagement, and at the end when wrapped up, you will be delivering or giving access to assets and collateral for the team. These deliverables will be agreed on by the core team and can be adjusted based on analytics and other research as the iterative process moves through.

Let’s imagine for a second that three people are responsible for creating and delivering reports via spreadsheets, PowerPoint decks, PDF images of metrics, and maybe dashboards that stakeholders have access to. With no deliverables standards on fonts, one could use Arial, one could use Times New Roman, and the other could use Helvetica.
