Exporting Excel Reports

In addition to the reports created in the previous section and displayed as graphs in Adobe Learning Manager, there is a full set of additional reports that you can export as CSV files for further analysis in any compatible application or for archival purposes. That’s what you will explore in this section.

Once again, there are so many reports and variations available that we will not be able to cover them all in this book. We will only concentrate on three of the most popular Excel reports among the ALM customers and partners we are in touch with.

Use the following steps to access the Excel reports available in Adobe Learning Manager:

  1. Make sure you are logged in as an administrator.
  2. From the administrator home page, click the Reports link located in the Manage section of the left sidebar.
  3. Then, click the Custom Reports link on the left sidebar and go to the Excel Reports tab.
