Understanding the Course Effectiveness Score

The course effectiveness score is automatically calculated by Adobe Learning Manager and is obtained by combining the results from L1, L2, and L3 feedback. Let’s review this hands-on using the following steps:

  1. Log into your account as an administrator.
  2. From the administrator home page, click the Courses link located in the Learning section of the left sidebar to access the list of courses currently available on your account.
  3. Open the Sort By drop-down menu and choose to sort the list by Course Effectiveness (see the arrow in the following screenshot).

This last action is not mandatory, but it makes it easier to review the course effectiveness scores. As shown in the following screenshot, the course effectiveness score is displayed near the upper-right corner of each course card:
