Filling out checklist activities

As discussed in Chapter 4, Creating Skills and Courses, the Checklist activity is one of the module types that can be added to any course in Adobe Learning Manager. It allows organizations to measure the effectiveness of a course by assessing the change in learner behavior after they have completed the course.

The idea is for an instructor to visit learners at their workplace a few days or weeks after the end of the training to assess how learners are actually applying what they have learned.

Let’s now hit the road and visit your past learners at their workplace in order to fill out the Checklist activities using the following steps:

  1. Meet your former learners at their workplace, shake hands, and have a coffee with them! While not a mandatory step, this type of interpersonal interaction is always very helpful and enjoyable!
