Delegation usually means passing off to others tasks that you could do yourself, if you wanted to make the time for it, or tasks that you absolutely do not have the knowledge or the skillset to do, so you must find someone else to do that task. When one can't do it at all, it's not delegation; it's called requesting assistance.
