Designing the Adobe InDesign Way

Sometimes, the smallest things can save you the most time when you are doing them repeatedly. If you are applying colors hundreds of times a day, you can save a lot of time by simply having them ordered properly.
In this recipe, we will explore reordering your colors both manually and from the menus, as well as organizing them into color groups. We will also look at how you can edit swatches so that you can rename them and alter any of the available color values.
To complete this recipe, simply open InDesign on your system and create a new document with 12 pages, as shown in the Creating a new document recipe in Chapter 1. You should already be comfortable with creating new color swatches, as covered earlier in this chapter.
To organize and edit your color swatches, follow these steps:
Change the font size
Change margin width
Change background colour
