Designing the Adobe InDesign Way

While formatting a whole table with alternating fills and strokes is very useful, sometimes, you might just want to alter the formatting of a specific individual cell. This could be by adjusting inset spacing, fine-tuning the strokes or fills for that individual cell, or altering the width or height of the cell. In this recipe, we are going to run through the cell options that allow you to do this, and use them to fine-tune our table.
To complete this recipe, simply open InDesign on your system and create a new document with 12 pages, as shown in the Creating a new document recipe in Chapter 1. You will also need to create a new frame containing a table, as shown in the Inserting and creating tables recipe.
To adjust the cell options for a specific cell in your table, follow these steps:
Change the font size
Change margin width
Change background colour
