Time for action – adding a file conversion feature

Suppose that you want to add this feature on the Planting Schedule content:

Log in as portal administrator and go to the Gardening DIY page at http://neiborhood.cignex.com/web/gardening-diy/planting-schedule.
Click on the wrench-shaped icon at the upper right-hand side corner of the content.
Click on Configuration – a window pops up.
For the Enable Conversion To part, check DOC and PDF – this will enable the features of converting the web content to a Word document and to a PDF document.
Click on Save and close the configuration window.

Now the web content display portlet will show two file conversion icons as in the following screenshot:

What just happened?

You have just added the file conversion feature to the Planting Schedule content. Now these two conversions will be available to all the users, because this page is a public page in the Gardening DIY community.
