Exploring the User section

You have just learned about page management in Liferay. Another important aspect of building a site would be users. Users are always considered to be the central data points for any portal. They are the consumer of all the functionality developed and frankly speaking, they are the reason sites are being developed. Can you think of any site which has been developed and doesn't have any users? (Excluding scarped site development projects.) Liferay provides an easy-to-use and feature-rich user management portlet as a built-in functionality.

Before we create a user, we need to perform configuration to enable automatic addition of Summary and Requests portlets to users' pages.
