Time for action – modifying user details

In this section, you will edit the Title and Middle name of the user created in the last section. Also, you will specify an additional e-mail address for the user. After that, you will select the preferred lan

n to your site with [email protected] / test123 and go to Control Panel.
In Control Panel, from the Portal section you should click on the Users link. It will open the User Management Portlet and show you a list of existing users.
From the list of users, click on the Actions button for Jeff Mcclure user. It will open a pop-up with three actions: Edit, Permissions, and Manage Pages. Click on the Edit link. It will open a profile for that user. The user profile in Liferay has been divided into User Information, Identification, and Miscellaneous sections as shown in the following screenshot. By default, the User Information—Details menu will be selected, which allows modifying basic demographic information for user.
