Time for action – adding the asset publisher portlet

Suppose that you have logged in as the portal administrator:

Go to the Info Monitoring page at http://neiborhood.cignex.com/group/guest/info-monitoring.
Change the page layout to 1 Column.
Hover over the Add link and click on the Asset Publisher link – this adds the asset publisher portlet onto the page.

You can see that PDF files, video files, web content, and image files are all displayed in the asset publisher portlet, as follows:

What just happened?

You have added the asset publisher portlet onto the Info Monitoring private page of the Guest community. All assets added in this community are shown in the asset publisher portlet.
