Communications management planning

Having an effective communications management plan that suits your unique team, stakeholder, and customer is an integral part of making sure that how you distribute information is correct and that it works!

You'll see as we go through the inputs, tools and techniques, and outputs that there are many things to consider in this process. That's why the communications management plan is considered to be one of the big three management plans. Communications management, quality management, and risk management plans appear to be the ones that are hit the hardest in the exam.
