Understanding the BASE conceptual model

BASE offers a carefully crafted Lean-Agile operating model to promote enterprise business agility. An operating model is a comprehensive framework that defines how an organization operates to deliver value to its customers and achieve its strategic objectives. It encompasses the organization’s structure, processes, systems, and culture, detailing the alignment of resources, technology, and workflows to support its goals.
