Can you use your strengths to boost your confidence?


Most people cannot change their personality but can choose different behavior to get results they want, according to Karen Caito. When it comes to confidence you should always look to "capitalize on your talents, strengths, or unique gifts, so you can be who you really are and be confident in that."
