Of course, reqwest is able to work with non-JSON-based web services as well. It has various methods for this such as query, which adds an array of key-value queries to the URL, or form, which will add url-encoded form bodies to the request. While using all these methods, reqwest will manage the headers for you, but you can manage them however explicitly you want using the headers method.
