Getting a team to manage itself and take responsibility is no easy feat; this book will show you how to earn trust by displaying it and inspiring courage in a team every day."The Professional ScrumMaster's Handbook" will challenge you to dig deep within yourself to improve your mindset, practices, and values in order to build and support the very best agile teams.

You're ready for the big day; you know your fitness abilities, nutritional requirements, and body better than ever before.

Word of your success has leaked out and a running team of 12 has asked you to help them prepare for their first 10 kilometer! Now you have to understand each runner's fitness level, weaknesses, pain threshold, old injuries (and new ones, too!); you must make weekly adjustments to 12 training plans...
