Creating stills

Creating a still image or static image is easy. Open the Photo mode, add the effects we need to improve and enrich the image, and export it. However, it may happen that we only prepared the movie clip and don't have any camera positions specified to be used in the Photo mode. Besides, it means that we have to spend more time to add all the effects and tweak them. Nevertheless, Lumion allows us to use the Movie mode to export a sequence of images or just a single image.

Getting ready

Before we begin, it is worth mentioning that in Lumion, we have the opportunity to save and load camera positions. This is primarily possible in the Build mode using the key combination of Ctrl + 0, 1, 2,… 9 to save up to 10 camera positions and the key combination of Shift + 0, 1, 2,… 9 to load the same camera positions. When in the Photo mode, we can see these saved camera positions on the top of the interface represented by thumbnails. In the Photo mode, we can change the camera position and...
