Although Agile techniques can deliver on any of these constraints, an Agile incremental delivery system is more powerful when it is used to focus on value. Focusing on value allows a Product Owner to be highly effective in their prioritization; they can pinpoint what is the best return on investment to the organization. A value focus reduces scope creep, enabling an Agile team to deliver what the business needs sooner.
