Summary

As you know, reporting combined with smart data visualization is one of the most essential skills today, as “without data, you’re just another person with an opinion.”

In this chapter, you read about reports and dashboards, two elements masterfully designed by Salesforce. From what you have read, you now know how to create a new report, put it in a folder where no one will see it or share it with many people, create appropriate filters and groupings, and add new fields. After creating the report, all that remains is to create a chart for it, where we extract the most important data for the user and visualize it in an accessible way for them.
