Integrating SalesIQ with your CRM

Integrating SalesIQ with CRM will bring all this website visitor data into one place. It will allow you to better understand your buyer's journey and interact with them using live chat, or send relevant emails based on their recent activity.

We can achieve this integration by executing the following steps:

  1. Navigate to salesiq.zoho.com and then sign in.
  2. Click on the settings icon (the cog) in the top-right corner.
  3. Then, select the Integrations | Zoho CRM options.
  4. Select the Connect with your Zoho CRM account option.
  5. After that, click on Enable Integration and select the matching CRM account that is shown on the screen.
  6. Click on the arrow pointing left next to the settings (taking you back to the previous screen).
  7. Click on the CRM Configurations option.
  8. On the next screen, you will see some options for how data will be pushed to CRM. Mostly, you won't know your preferences until you have used this tool...
