In this chapter, we examined the Project Management application by taking a look at the Project dashboard. We then created an example of a real-world project involving our Lil League organization. After setting up our project and assigning team members, we defined the various stages that will be involved in completing the project. With the stages defined, we were able to go through and assign various tasks to the stages, along with their dates of completion. Finally, we looked at the various ways you can view the tasks and how you can complete them.

In the next chapter, we will explore how you can create advanced searches and custom dashboards in Odoo.
