Sometimes, we need to reduce the number of hits in our aggregation to satisfy a particular filter. To obtain this result, the filter aggregation is used.
You need an up-and-running Elasticsearch installation, as we described in the Downloading and installing Elasticsearch recipe in Chapter 2, Downloading and Setup.
