Introduction to JavaScript Libraries and Frameworks

As I warned you in the previous chapter, the easy part is over, and we are getting to the more complicated stuff. Some people say that the way JavaScript was added to the framework couldn’t have been done worse. Are they right? That is up for you to decide, but the fact is that most frontend developers don’t like to work with JavaScript (JS) in the Adobe Commerce (AC) platform. Why is that?

Some teams I’ve worked with and managed were always having discussions about who should prepare the JavaScript for a certain module. Frontend developers ask backend developers to prepare basic JavaScript related to Magento modules. At the same time, backend developers refused to do any JS work and they passed working modules to the frontend team.
