Defining room information is another key aspect of the Book Someplace application. Properties feature a certain number of rooms, each of a certain type. The partner offering the property is responsible for defining what room types are available, and how many of each. Book Someplace then accepts bookings for the property based on room type. At any given moment, the list of room types for a property are marked as either available or booked.
To go even further, each RoomType has a certain number of bed types. Bed types include single, double, queen, king, and so forth. Each room type has one or more bed types. Finally, here is where we define the price. The partner is responsible for providing information about any local government taxes or fees that are imposed. To keep things simple, price information is stored in a single currency. Currency conversion occurs when price information is presented to customers.
