Azure storage accounts are the logical stores for objects. They hold different data types, such as blobs, files, and tables.
You can store all of these storage service types in a single storage account, or you can create each service in a separate storage account.
You may want each storage service to use its own storage account, as storage accounts offer different redundancy options and monitoring (logging) features. You can independently apply settings such as data tiering, redundancy, encryption, and access controls for each storage service you wish to create.
