Deploying Store Apps - Windows, iOS, Android

In this section, we will see how to create and deploy store apps on different platforms such as Windows, iOS, and Android. For iOS and Android, you will need to configure Intune subscription, you can reference the steps from Chapter 5, Managing Mobile Devices using Configuration Manager with Microsoft Intune.

Getting ready

To enable Platform enrollment:

  1. Navigate to Administration | Cloud Services | Microsoft Intune Subscription.

  2. Under Home | Subscription | Configure Platforms, navigate toAndroid/Windows/iOS.

  3. Select the Enable Android enrollment/Enable Windows enrollment/Enable iOS and MAC OS X (MDM) enrollment checkbox.

  4. Click on OK.

Before creating the store apps, you have to prepare the source files for side-loading deployments.
