Sharing invitations

As the organizer, you are responsible for making sure the invitation to your live event goes out. When creating a live event in Teams, you will see a banner as a reminder to copy the link to your event and share it the best way you see fit:

After configuring the event, the last page you will see will contain the attendee link. The attendee link is unique and dedicated to attendees of the live event only. They will be directed to the live event only, with attendee permissions.

Once you click on Get attendee link, the URL will be pasted directly to your clipboard:

Make sure you share that link so that your attendees can access this easily. For example, if this is a live event directed to the public, you can post this link as a hyperlink on your public-facing website.
