Before we can deploy our application, we need to have the right access and tools ready for the task. In this section, we will create a GitHub account, that we can use as a repository for our microservices. For publishing our microservice code into GitHub, we will install and configure Git on our system. Then, we will create an OpenShift account that we will use to create a cloud application and link our OpenShift account to our GitHub account.
