Introducing AWS Cloud 

Amazon released its public cloud on March 13, 2006, in which they offered a storage service called Simple Storage Service (S3). This storage service allows users to upload files such as photos, videos, spreadsheets, and so on. Users were able to read, edit, and delete these files on the cloud using the console provided by Amazon. However, this service was only offered in the US. It wasn't available to the other parts of the world. However, as years progressed, Amazon started expanding and providing its services to the other regions and now offers its services to the entire world. The S3 service also matured and provides several more additional features such as encryption, logging, high availability, and so on. Users can now upload files with a size of up to 5 TB.
