The Art of Crafting User Stories

There are several techniques that Agile teams can use to prioritize user stories. Two of the most popular techniques are MoSCoW prioritization and Value-based prioritization.
MoSCoW prioritization is a technique used to prioritize user stories based on their level of importance. MoSCoW stands for Must Have, Should Have, Could Have, and Won’t Have.
These are the critical stories that are necessary for the product to be considered complete. Compromises can’t be made on these features and they must be delivered within the scheduled timeframe.
