Understanding the debug mode options

In Chapter 1, Installing the Odoo Development Environment, we saw how to enable debug/developer options in Odoo. These options are very helpful in debugging and reveal some further technical information. In this recipe, we will look at these options in detail.

How to do it...

Check the Activating the Odoo developer tools recipe of Chapter 1, Installing the Odoo Development Environment, and activate developer mode. After activating developer mode, you will see a drop-down menu with a bug icon in the top bar, as shown here:
