Metrics

The strategy and approach of measuring UX outlined in Chapter 6, An Essential Strategy for UX Maturity can truly drive UX success, understanding, maturity, and long-term success on a consistent basis. To effectively pursue this strategy requires that you not only use a measurable approach, but also know what to measure. Here are some examples of some of the types of metrics you can use.
